These back to back figures are the bawdy companions of the wine god Dionysus like him, they celebrate the pleasures of the flesh. The bearded figure with the furrowed brow is the old god Shenus, notorious for his drunkenness, and the figure with the sly smile and garlands is a satyr a lusty pursuer of women and drink, who is part man and part goat. Together these exaggerated figures once topped a herm, a decorative stone pillar, which set the mood for the Roman pleasure garden it likely embellished,

We liked that the cactus has bunny ears. Nature is beautiful and, we are reminded regularly.

There is a conjoined stalk on this pineapple. Very cool!!

Step by step I have noticed the quality of scans mature, yet there is still an unknown 
skill and feature I want to conquer; 

That is using object masking to output a model from all sides even the bottom. 
I request help for this from you!!

We’ve had this bust for well over 18 years..
We bought it from someone who was leaving the country..
Since then the bust fell from a high place and smashed into dozens of pieces..  I thought I’d never see it back again.
But my wife carefully put the pieces back together including the small fragments.. Gluing it patiently and it’s been back for over six years now!
So this is my second attempt at scanning it.

Ding (鼎) are prehistoric and ancient Chinese cauldrons, standing upon legs with a lid and two facing handles. They are one of the most important shapes used in Chinese ritual bronzes. They were made in two shapes: round vessels with three legs and rectangular ones with four, the latter often called fangding. They were used for cooking, storage, and ritual offerings to the gods or to ancestors.
