Can I use Metascan for free?
Absolutely! Metascan is free to use indefinitely.
The Free Plan is completely free for individual use. The Pro Plan has a free trial, so you can try out Metascan before upgrading.
Does Metascan have a trial period?
How do I cancel my paid plan?
Your Metascan subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription by opening Settings in the Metascan app and tapping the first row, or following these instructions.
Cancel your subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel your subscription before it renews, then you can request a refund from Apple.

Yes! Schools and organizations can deploy the Metascan Pro app using Apple School Manager or Apple Business Manager without requiring in-app subscription.
